How does change affect us?

Sometimes the things we can’t change, end up changing us.

Because even with all the changes, we find ways to adjust. We find ways to adapt. We find ways to appreciate what we have right in front of us!!

Change doesn’t always mean that all of our problems will be solved. Nothing comes easy in life, and we have to find the strength and courage to keep pushing forward!! Find hope and acceptance, living each day with what we’ve got!!
Do our anxieties go away?Our worries?Our stress?
NO! NO!! NO!!!

BUT – I will say this – we still have to love ourselves and be happy with ourselves. We still have to keep on trying…

Go ahead – throw your hands up in the air! Scream, but make sure it’s loud! Cry, weep if you have to. It’s OKAY!!! You are NOT alone!!

Somehow, find a way to let it all out, but please don’t give up!
As much as you’re fed up with the negative changes, there’s still positive. It doesn’t HAVE to be negative. As tired as you feel, remember that it’s okay to stumble, just be sure to pick yourself right back up.

Phone, FaceTime, chat with someone you trust and love … do whatever it takes to find yourself so that you can be the happiness in your life, as well as those around you!!
Remember – there is still a light at the end of the tunnel. ❤️
