A Sicilian tradition – Sausage, Peppers, Potatoes and Onions!

This was always a dish we had when I was growing up, with hot Italian bread!

YUM!! 😋❤️

Now, I share how I made it (for seven people) and hope you enjoy it just as much as I do!!

➡️ 8 sausages
➡️ 10 potatoes
➡️ 2 red pepper
➡️ 2 white onions
➡️ Olive Oil
➡️ Salt & Pepper
➡️ Garlic Powder
➡️ Herbs (Italian Seasoning)

➜ Pour some olive oil in a large roasting pan. Slice up the onions and red pepper and put it in the pan.

➜ Cut the potatoes in chunks, and put those in the pan.

➜ Next, you’re going to sprinkle some more olive oil on top, and then season with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs.

**Keep that set aside for now**

➜ In a frying pan, add some olive oil, then fry up your sausages until brown all around. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

➜ Let the sausages cool down a bit, then cut them into chunks. Then toss them into the pan with the onions, peppers, and potatoes,

➜ Combine everything together, cover, and set in oven at 350° for 50 minutes. Don’t forget to give them a stir half way through!

And voila, done! Serve hot with Italian bread and enjoy!
