My “frog” moment …

I’ve had this “frog” moment, many times.
Mainly when my anxiety kicked in and I needed that “alone” time.
I still have those moments…

I took this picture by a lake, one summer day.
The frog just floated there, in the water, not shifting at all.

What a great moment that was, indeed!

It made me realize that maybe – just maybe – if I were to
“remain calm, submerge into my own little world, and not worry about a thing”,
then I could find peace within myself!!

And you know what?
It does help to just shut down sometimes and collect your thoughts,
not worry or stress about all the little things.
It IS okay to do just that!!

BUT, if you feel that sometimes the world is just too, too much to handle on your own,
and you need someone…reach out to that one person who you CAN trust.
That one person who won’t judge you or your thoughts,
and who makes you feel good about YOU!

Let me ask – do you find time for yourself, to collect your thoughts?
What technique do you use?
Do you have that one person who you can open up to, and does that person know? ❤️
