Do you ever feel this way? You try so hard to get your point across, but it’s not ever good enough or acknowledged for what it’s worth?
Let me tell you something. I’ve felt this way, I’m guilty of this. Many times. And the truth is, it brought me down. Many times.
But I’ve realized, I AM worth it. I am a kind person, and I try my best to be the best I can be.
YOU have to realize this too. If you accept the fact that yes, you gave it your all, then that IS worthy!
There’s going to be those times when you keep re-thinking all the possibilities of what could have been said or done, but you’re only going to make yourself more hurt and angry over something you have no control over.
In these moments, you have to let it go. You have to train your brain, and your heart, to accept the fact that although someone may not see things the same way you do, it’s OK. You have your ways, and you have your beliefs.
At the end of the day, if you KNOW that you have given it your all, and that you are a good person for at least trying, then that’s amazing!
You are your own person. Don’t put yourself down and don’t be angry at yourself, or others. Believe in YOU, and just keep pushing forward, because you need to take care of you first!
Try this – repeat to yourself, “I am good enough. I am better then good enough. And I will do what I need to do – to be happy, to stay strong, and to live my life to the fullest.” Try this (along with deep breaths), and don’t let anybody else’s words or actions bring you down! ❤️
