Hi, and welcome to my blog! I am a stay-at-home mom, whose main focus in life is my family.
I have a passion for writing, and making the most of life and what it has to offer!
I myself, have Usher Syndrome, described as Retinitis Pigmentosa (gradual vision loss), and hearing loss.
I have a Canine Vision Dog, Mimi, who guides me when I need her.
I have anxiety, and have been through stages of dark times in my life. I still have my moments; BUT, I keep pushing forward, with the support of loved ones, and I keep finding a way…for my family, for my children, for myself!
So, why a blog?
In addition to my personal challenges, I have children who are on the Spectrum and who are faced with challenges, every day. They are often bullied in school, and need assistance at home (and in school). Me, I feel the need to express my thoughts and emotions about my life experiences, with an emphasis on anxiety and bullying.
I am a busy Mom, making the most of all the little things that pop up in my every day life, but I wouldn’t change a thing! I am at a point now where I am ready to share my stories, and face my fears. All in hopes to MOTIVATE and INSPIRE – adults, parents, kids, teens – to keep moving forward, and know that they are NOT alone!
Let’s Untangle the Mind.
Stay strong. Stay positive.
Believe in yourself!
